Mint assets (Ledger)

Build an unsigned payment on the server, sign with your Ledger Nano (Stellar app), then submit. Works on Stellar mainnet and testnet. Use Chromium with WebHID or WebUSB. Default BIP path: 44'/148'/0'.
Register an issuer by public key if this account is not in the list yet (Ledger-only issuers have no server-side secret).
